This study investigates relationship between perceived social support and self-efficacy believes among young persons. The study included 140 university students from Osmaniye Tecnical and Vocational High School. Survey method has been used in this study. Mean age of the participants was 20.22 years, 64 (45.7%) were female, and 76(54.3%) were male. The Turkish version of the Perceived Social Support and General Sel-efficacy Scale were used in the research. The analyses that were held at the end of the survey has shown that the scales used for this study are reliable and general factor structure has occured. It is confirmed that perceived social support has positive effect in the belief of self-efficacy. As a result, it has been viewed that the most important factor related to self-efficacy is perceived family support and the second important factor is friends support and the third one is other important people's support.
